how to export business roles in C4C test tenant to production tenant?

Dear C4C experts,

I'm implementing C4C for a client.

I have created a bunch of business roles in client's C4C test tenants, now we have applied production tenant with solution profile copy from test tenant. however, the business roles are not copied.

question is: how can I export all the business roles I have created from test tenant and upload to production tenant?

because creating the same business roles again in the production manually is defintely a stupid way, as the restriction rules setting up for each work center view in each business roles requires a lot of time.

Hi Daniel,

There is no option to export Business roles from test tenant to production tenant.

These have to be manually done in Production tenant.

Settings such as Business roles, Mashups, or any workflow rules, etc must be redone.

But still I suggest you to raise an incident from your tenant with SAP.

Hi Danial,

It is not possible to export the roles from one tenant to other like test to production.

However you can use the migration approach. Fallow the below steps to achive.

Go to Bussiness Configuration workcenter.

- Select Acivities -> Integration and Extend Activities -> Migration of Business Roles.

- Select the xml file : Test.xml and execute step-by-step process.
