Hi,
If u want to debug inbound FM,First the take the idoc number and go WE19 and select inbound functionmodule.Here give the FM name and tick call in debug mode and processing mode freground.Now u can see the ibbound FM flow and finally applicatin document gets posted.
In case of O/B FM ,you neeed to go the application document transaction(delivery,invoice etc) and go to O/P header and process,make sure that debug is swiched on (/h).
Now idoc will be created from appliacion document
