How to create a profile to control user to create only one bp type .

HI,all.

There are two bp type in my crm system ,0001/0002 .

I create a role which name is z_bp_role through PFCG. in authorizations tab , create a profile T-C1930004 , i add an authorization object in it .but can't work .

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it .

Alternateively you can also use ACE(Access Control Engine) to control authorizations at Business Object level.

when you assigned the authorization object did u click on generate profile.

Hi,

You can always create one if standard doesn't solve your problem. You can create the same in Transaction SU21.

YES ,I do it in su21, but when i create profile then add it in a role .but can't work in transaction BP.

Did you give the value in the authorization object. You would need to remove '*' and give the value.
