Group service tickets to a problem

Hi,

I am currently working on a training server which has configuration/ add-on missing for multilevel categorization. For this reason no categorization can be done for a service ticket.

Will it be possible to group several service tickets to a problem with this missing functionality?

Hello Shika,

No, the multi-level categorization can be used to more accurately categorize a single issue, but it doesn't provide any capabilities for grouping related tickets. However, you could always create a Case (part of Case Management) to link Service Tickets that are related.
