Hi Friends,

As there are some Queues got struck in CRM I processed it manually in SMQ2

But the Status of the Queue is "*SYSFAIL"

and when double click the queue and try to exceute the Queue iam getting the message

Message no. SY359""""""""""""""""""""

I could not able to find out any Note for this.

Orders are getting replicated for some customers only certain orders are haing this problem.

Please help me out as the problem is in production.

Queue name indicates to me that the data has arrived from an R/3 system.

There can be various reasons for an error.Please check transaction st22 for further diagnosis.

May be the data model from R/3 and CRM does not match for some field values?.

Hi Praveen,

Yes the Queue belongs to R/3 and it has number which got generated is nothing but the customer

number, The strange thing is that user has done any changes in the Customer in R/3.

I could see the same in Field changes and there are no BDocs's in SMW01 against this customer.

On 5.01.2008 the orders got replicated to CRM but after that for the same customer

orders are not getting replicated.

Do you think where is the Problem?

The Queue entreis are getting accumlated against this customer.

what type of queue is it?.

Check tx st22 to get more details on the error.

Thanks for your mail,

Why the Dump is coming here ? Iam not running a Program to get the dump.

The issue is that Queue got stuck in SMQ2 and it is a Customer Queue.

and Iam able to find there are no changes done against the customer.

Queue Name - R3AD_0000045851
