fm to get users based on date

Can you please tell is there any function module to get list of users (table usr02 ) based on date.

Hi,

there are some standard reports from the SAP like the report RSUSR200 ( form SELECT_DATA ). The reports read directly the table USR02, so i guess there is no function modul available.
