If you are installing CAR RDS then Fiori is part of the package, in which standard out of the box Fiori reports will be available relating to POS Analytics, for example Net sales report, Gross Margin report, Top performing articles, Average Transaction volume etc.
Else you may have to HANA VDMs to have your query set up.You can refer to the below blog for more details.
