Hello Can you help me please, when I enter the c4c app I get the error "error loading" because this problem happens and how could I fix it Thank you

This seems to be failed Pop up notifications which is related to a message which says , IE will be sunset soon. (refer : iesunset.png)

Nevertheless clicking on Accept should proceed further and allow usage of the application.

Try clearing the cache and see if the error still persists and should that be the case , please feel free to report an incident with relevant details to Support.
