Error - Item 9000000000: No item category could be determined.

Hi,

If I assign the Billing plan to the transaction item category, Items from 9000000000 to 90000000012 are included in the sales transaction and throwing errors saying item category could not be determined for these items.

These items show "Billing Request from Billing Plan" as Item Usage.

Can anyone help me here to fix this issue?

Hi,

Kindly check the Item category determination for the transaction where you are using this Billing plans.

Maintain an item category for the combination of transaction type, Item category group, Higher levl item, item cat usage in spro.
