Error in Pricing Determination

Dear Friends,

I am not getting the Gross price in a Transaction. I have maintained the below configurations.

I have defined a custom condition table ZADVT00 with fields (SALES_ORG,DIS_CHANNEL, DIVISION,PRODUCT,PRC_GROUP1,PRC_GROUP2,PRC_GROUP3) , access sequence ZADV.

Assigned the access sequence to the condition type ZADV. This condition type also maintained in condition maintenance for BUPAPRICE.

I have maintained the pricing procedure with the custom defined condition type.

After all these configuration i have maintained the condition table for a product ZHRDLICENSE.

In transaction processing when i assign this product, system does not determine the gross price, even the condition type also does not determined.

Please advise how resolve this issue.

Hi Sangram,

In your thread,you have mentioned that even your condition type is not determined.So kindly check the below points

• Is Manual condition indicator is active for the Condition Type ZADV in its respective Pricing Procedure? If Yes,kindly de-activate that indicator.Because condition type should flow into the Sale order upon the input of Header data otherwise condition record will not come automatically. Use T.Code PRC_PRICPROC_CRM
• Make sure all Product Group are maintained in COMMPR01 for the Product ZHRDLICENSE

Hi Mohanty,

Looks like it can not find a condition record or the condition record may not be valid for the scenario you are using in your order.

Please check the condition record on the table level and the fields used...

You may get some clue there.

Hi Mohanty,

Please check if the Pricing procedure is determined in the header lever, prices tab/assignment block.

If the pricing procedure is determined, then you may need to look at the conditions and pricing analysis. From there you will know what is missing or the issue.

If the pricing procedure is not determined, you need to check the configuration in SPRO.

In header level pricing procedure is determined but the condition record is not determined.

Pricing procedure is configured correctly. Pricing procedure gets determined in transaction.
