I have a web channel campaign that is set to be shown in mobile too, but after some tests, I've seen that this campaign is not even performing on mobile. The impressions show 0 for all KPIs under Mobile.
This is currently a system limitation as Web Channel reporting cannot differentiate between desktop and mobile impressions in Visual Editor-based campaigns.
To check the impressions for each platform - desktop and mobile - you must design the campaigns using the HTML editor. This is explained at SAP Emarsys Help: Editor types
