Email Auto Reply On SAP Contact Center

Hi Experts,

May you kindly advise on how to configure an Auto Reply in SAP Contact Center

Our objective is to send automated email replies to anyone sending an email to our email queues; we want to send the Auto replies from SAP Contact Center and not MS Exchange.

I have seen Reply templates under Queue Management but this doesn’t seem to be the solution to auto replies.

SMTP is already setup and working.

Hi Lasse,

Below are the configuration steps l followed, trying to to create an auto reply email on SAP Contact Center.

Firstly l created an email queue for all email queues, then created email prompts and lastly l created email schedule for all the email queues, however when l send an email l do not receive an auto reply email even though l can see the email in CDT email queue.

May you please assist maybe l might have missed one or two steps in my configuration steps.

please check prompts / type = e-mail (start e.g. from Queue Management / Creating Prompts )
