dump at call of applications -> CL_BSP_PAGE_BASE==============CP

Hello everybody,

I came across a problem in an CRM-System I never encountered before:

in se80 I test run CRM_BSP_FRAME - page select.htm and it opens without any problems in the Browser. But when I cklick on any application, f.i. Accounts, I get an error message saying :

...

Program CL_BSP_PAGE_BASE==============CP

Include CL_BSP_PAGE_BASE==============CM01A

Row 115

...

The class is activated the BSP-app is activated everything seems fine. This is a brand new installed system and nobody did any development till now ?

Thanks in advance

Michael

Hmmm..not sure about that missing class...

However, Michael - give note 851647 a go.

Hi Michael,

Did you check if your ICM parameter icm/host_name_full has a fully qualified domain name ? If yes then can you post some more details of your short dump.

Cheers,

Michael, intresting this weekend I upgraded our CRM development system from SP44 to SP53 and now I am facing the exact same error as you mention. What I was able to fing out is that Class 'CL_BSP_PAGE_BASE' is not available anymore. In my test system it does exist but in my development system, after upgrade, not anymore. Anyone any suggestions? Tiest.

There is no short dump registered in the CRM backend.
