Document based Email Templates

Hello Everyone,

I have created few document based email templates in the C4C system.

I want to use them when i am responding to ticket via email.

I also checked on the help document and it is mentioned as we can't use it in the email response.

Can anybody please tell me whether it can be achieve using SDK or with any other enhancements? I would like to achieve this,  as this is the crucial requirement for one our customers.

Hello all,

I have found the workaround to this requirement and that workaround is branding template.

What we need to do is create the document base template as the branding template and before uploading the targeted HTML template edit that template and add #Text# tag in the require content place. And use that branding template in the Email channel configuration under Outbound Configuration.

Here the #Text# tag would be the text base template content which we'll use during email response from service ticket.

That's it!!!!

Do you got any option to use document-based template in ticket response? I am also looking for such useful option.
