Different cartID when return from payment gateway

Hi experts, I have a problem when I am redirected from my checkout page to IPG (payment gateway) and then returned back to hybris. When I am on IPG (in my case cpay) and my session is broken from any reason on hybris, transaction is completed and when I am returned back to hybris I got server error. Because of lost session, hybris create a new cart for user and I am searching an old cart and get server error (invalid cart). The order is never completed but the money was withdrawn from the credit card. You can see in logs in attachment that in Cpay request data cartID is 78814034, and in response cartID is 78814035.

Do you have any solution proposal?
