Hello Experts,
In C4C we have two WoC i.e. Business partners & Partners.
then we have views Business Partners & partners respectively. Can somebody please explain me the difference between both. How as per the C4C perspective & sales perspective they both are different?
Regards,
Saurabh Sharma
Hello Saurabh,
Business partners is the collective term for all the companies and people you interact with in your business, and includes accounts, contacts, partners, and employees. When you create a document, you can designate a business partner as an involved party and assign them a role.
Example: You can create a sales quote and add an account as the ship-to party. In this case, the account is the business partner, and ship-to is the party role.
Partners: A motivated group of partners — such as re-sellers, brokers, service providers or distributors — can assist your organization in attaining its goals.
