Delivery Address null in "InMemoryCart".

Currently I'm trying to figure out why when applying a voucher we always get an error with an InMemoryCart (doesnt happen with the normal cart) because of the deliveryadddress being null.

Here a stacktrace: getCost(): delivery address was NULL in order TempCart(12176073022638320)[HY-0]
 at de.hybris.platform.deliveryzone.jalo.ZoneDeliveryMode.getCost(

Anyone knows what could cause the issue? Do you need to set this deliveryaddress in a different manner for this in memory cart?
