I am wondering if we can set up default values for Sales Organisation / Distribution Channel / Division while we are creating a new prospect in C4 Sales Cloud.
We could define the sales org, distr. ch. and division based on the user who is logged into the system. Every user is an employee of one specific sales office. Therefore we can pull in the linked sales org. For distribution channel and division we are using code list restrictions to narrow them down to only one available entry per field. I set the default value in the code list already but unfortunately without success.
Do you guys have any other idea how to bring in default values in these fields?
