Hi,

i created service ticket with values like priority and status etc.when saving document it is showing warning message like below

Date calculation could not be completely performed

Hi Kishore,

SLA calculation is based on the service product settings in CRMD_SERV_SLA. The warning is usually thrown when there is no service contract determined for the service order item.

For analyzing reasons you can debug BAdI CRM_SRV_SLA_CALCTIME.
