Just need some information on CRM Shared Services Framework.

Till when is this supported?

Can anyone please share any information.

Hi,

SSF is part of SAP CRM 7.0 (as Bruce wrote). And uses functions in SAP ECC as well (Business Functions mostly for some additional functionality).

So I believe it is supported as long as used SAP CRM / ECC versions you have will be supported.

You can treat it as one of the functionalities of those systems.

I think it is from CRM7.0 Ehp1.

As far as I know, the Shared Services Framework enables you to use the interaction center (IC)

to efficiently approach interactive and reactive business processes to reduce costs and increase

quality in your shared services center. To create a shared services center, the IC service

processes are integrated with the particular SAP process requiring shared services.

The following shared services center scenarios are available for the IC:

  • Accounting Interaction Center

  • Employee Interaction Center

  • Travel Interaction Center

  • IT Service Desk
