CRM Service order -Business area Assignment

HI All,

When I am creating a service order in CRM and saving it giving the following error (it is supposed to create a internal order of SAPS order type in R/3)

*An error occurred in system CLNT200 during account assignment*

Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 060


Errors occurred when assigning an account assignment object to a business transaction. To view the error message, see the accompanying log file.

Transfer Log

u2022 Enter the business area (Notification E KO 136)

u2022 Characteristics for Controlling object have errors (Notification E IAOM 034)

Please Suggest why this error is coming,? one more question

Fom where the business area is picked up when you are creating a service order

you want to konw from where this bussiness area picked.

it is picked via this path

spro->Customer Relationship Management->Organizational Management->Cross-System Assignment of Organizational Units->Assign Business Areas to Sales Organizational Units

hope it will useful.

Hello Sireesha,

One of the reason for the above error message is as below:

Missing division value and therefore no CO object was

being created.

In Customizing, under 'Master Data - Organizational Management -

Division Settings - Define Use of Division and Dummy Division' , set

the flag 'Header Div. Act.'.

Kindly check for this flag in SPRO.
