Hello everyone,

I am very new to the world of CRM and i got to work with CRM Team as an ABAP Developer, Could any one explain me the different modules do v have, as an ABAP Developer where do i need to concentrate......

Please suggest me what necessary things i need to gothrough as i have couple of days on hand.

I would suggest you start your study with different types of Business Transactions in CRM. Then move onto a particular module in CRM.

1. Activity

2. Lead

4. Opportunity

3. Order

4. Task
