CRM Inbound Queues

Folks,

I have some queues related to the Sales Orders that fail for a valid reason. How can have them re-process automatically after a duration of time. The delay and re-tries are set in SMQR but I dont think it is being picked up for re-processing.. Any ideas ??

Hi Faz,

you can always try to write a program yourself. Locating the queu-entries shouldn't be to difficult & the reprocessing is a standard functionality that you can reuse.

Fasi, besides Michael's reply you can also manually enforce reprocessing. Tiest.
