CRM Complaint - Subsequent Assignment (Assign sales order number)

Hi All,

I've added wrong sales order number into CRM Subsequent Assignment in SAP CRM Complaint.. But there is no delete/removal button to delete it..How Can I delete it..

then I can assign the correct order number...

I could not find an option to delete in CRM complaint- Web gui also tried using CRMD_ORDER transaction to delete, but there is no option...

any quidance...

Hello

You cannot delete a sales order. You can either change the status to "finished" or marking the archiving flag.

Hi,

I'm not trying to delete the sales order.. Currently the sales order is assigned to CRM complaint. I want to remove that sales order and replace with another one..

how to do that.. I could not find option to remove/delete the assignment and add a new one...
