I am new to CRM. Can anyone explain me what is CRM all about and can you explain me what is CIC0 tcode, and why and where it is used ?

CICO is SAP GUI application for Interaction Center (or
in common used terms "call center" - but in this SAP
Interaction Center has more than just basic call center)
