Created new field in EEWB, but what are steps to add field to ST?.

Given the fact that the Z field has been created in table (CRMD_CUSTOMER_H) via EEWB, what are the exact steps (including transaction )required to add the field to the Service ticket view. I know the component and view, but need to know the steps to take. Also, if I need to change the atrributes of the field, like read only, or none display, where should this logic take place?. I may have to identify whether the field is to be shown, or not.

Rob,

Please ignore my previous post. Only half the URL was shown in blue and therefore when you clicked on any of the four links they all went to the same page. If however, I cut and paste the whole URL it seems to work fine.
