Create new Z WorkBench Component ( missing configuration tab)

Goog morning all.

I would like to create a Z component, that is a new component like the component WCC_SLS_HOME but just the view "InterfaceView IFVTodaysTasks"
.

So manually I create the new component and created the view "SalesHome" like present in standard component WCC_SLS_HOME and I created the plugs and Runtime repository with just the view "TodayTask":

The question is why in my component, if I doubleclick on the view, I missing the "configuration tab"?

In the standard component there is, what I missing in my custom component?

I rigenerate the view and the config tab is appeared.
