Country not defined Error while Replicating Account to R3

Hi All,

While replicating the Account Master from CRM to R3, system is throwing an error "Country  not defined in system.Message no. F2013". When i enter the Values Country & Bank key in Bank Details Assignment Block then only system is replicating the Account to R3. Earlier system used to replicate the account properly from CRM to R3. we are getting this problem after the patch level updation in R3 system only.

1. Create a Account
2. Extend the Role to Sold to Party
3. Extend the Sales Area Data
4. Save the Account
5. Go to SMW01 check the Error
6. Enter the values Country=IN & Choose any Bank Key in Bank details Assignment Block
7. Save It
8. Go to SMW01 check the successfull Replication

Hello together,

I have exactly the same behavior, but the above note cannot be implemented in our CRM system.

Hello Willie,

one general question: how can I check in which system I need to implement that kind of notes?

CRM or ERP?

Hi Hannes,

In the Note, there will be information like BBPCRM or SAP_APPL of this sort. If it is SAP_APPL note should be implemented in ERP system. When it is BBPCRM, then it should be implemented in CRM system.

I am aware of that.

In this case I was referring to component PI_BASIS, which could be available in both systems ERP and CRM.

Hello Willie,

I am facing this problem since yesterday.

In our customer acceptance environment I'm doing some tests on BPs in CRM and ECC is being upgraded to EHP5.

Today I found this post and we have applied the note you suggested (1644799) in ECC and the problem has been resolved.

The old BDoc in error have been reworked successfully  and new BDoc have not had errors.

I think that the issue is related to ECC upgrade to EHP5 when you try to replicate BP from CRM to ECC passing no bank details (Country = blank generates the error).
