Hello Shailaja,

have a look at the thread: which combines all Weblogs here on SDN together. Included are also some good tutorials.

Also there is a very good manual available at SAP Press (http://www.sap-press.com/), have a look at the following SAP PRESS Essential: BSP Extensions: How to Master Web Reporting with HTMLB. I used this guide and found it really usefull. Tiest.

Hi Tiest

We can add fields and assign them to some field groups and so on in the blueprint tables. But how do you modify the look and feel using the blueprint tables.

Let me know if I am missing something.

Hi Paul, what kind of changes are you looking for? Based on these requirements I can certainly help you determining where and how to achieve these. Tiest.

Hi Paul

I think we are off-topic a bit now :).

The blueprint tables are only for one BSP application - CRM_BSP_FRAME.

This is a special BSP application.

It provides a structure so that you can access any CRM object but in a uniform and familiar way.

The blueprint tables allow you to specify what CRM objects are available and which data is presented.

They do not allow you to change:

1. the structure (ie the patterns: Search at the top, then Object header, then Object Detail)

2. the graphic design or theme

Regarding (1) - you can't change it. You can't put the search at the bottom or something like that.

Regarding (2) - well, that potentially could be changed by altering the CSS and mimes that CRM_BSP_FRAME uses. Use SE80 to change the application. You are now on your own - there is no guide for doing so, you just need to know web design skills.

Hi Tiest and Dom,

CRM_BSP_FRAME is the only application we are using here.

What we have to do is to enhance the functionality to meet the business reqs.

We are using the Opportunity BSP(CRMD_BUS2000111)here. And the view we are using is ACT_LEAN.

I have made a copy of the ACT_LEAN view into ZACT_LEAN view, so that I can make changes(adding input fields, push buttons etc).

Now, I guess the only way of achieving this is customizing the blueprint tables or using the CRM Designer.

Most of the changes I have to make are in the Detals Area only.

If in SE80 what is the view of page I need to look into for OPPORTUNITY.

Tiest!! I will come back to you about the blueprint tables as I am working on something else right now.

Thanks for the help guys.

regards,

Paul
