Hi peers,
Im working for a client which manufacturers alloys. They don't have much of service process. The process that they have post sales is mostly related to the quality of the material. For eg purchase return, the weight of the quantity was less so compensation. Can anyone please guide how to map this process in C4c. The client uses the quality system in ECC

You can map this scenario to complaint ticket for ECC orders functionality of C4C. This is available under ECC search work center, wherein you can search for ECC sales orders from C4C and for the defective line items (quantity mismatch, damaged material, etc.,) you can raise a complaint. This complaint is created with reference to the ECC order.

The 'Complaint Management' module in C4C caters to these specific business needs. For an overview, please refer to chapter 6.4.4 (page 453) in the admin guide
