CHRMAS canonicalItemPublicationStatus IGNORED

When pushing CHRMAS Idocs to DataHub, the canonicalItemPublication never occurs and the status is set to IGNORED.

All attributes that are to be created are simply ignored however the target system publication returns as SUCCESS.

Not sure why this is occurring or if there is a configuration setting that has to change. See below

---canonicalItemPublicationStatusData--- ---targetSystemPublicationId--- 34 ---/targetSystemPublicationId--- ---targetSystemName--- HybrisCore ---/targetSystemName--- ---type--- CanonicalAttributeValue ---/type--- ---canonicalItemId--- 27602 ---/canonicalItemId--- ---integrationKey--- BOM_09DK_VAR_PARTS|09DK400337 ---/integrationKey--- ---status--- IGNORED ---/status--- ---/canonicalItemPublicationStatusData---

By design (ERP vs ECP), it is not possible to send CHRMAS to hybris.

All information related to CHRMAS shall remain in the Data Hub so that CLSMAS & CLFMAS IDOCs can re-use the CHRMAS information.

Thanks for clearing that up Robin.

Hi,

First you need to send CLSMAS IDoc. ClassificationAttributeValuePublicationHandler checks for CanonicalAttribute and attribute categoryType. If it is empty, the CanonicalAttributValue will receive IGNORED status when creating TargetItems. When you check definition for CanonicalAttribute and attribute categoryType you can see:

<rawSource>RawCLSMAS</rawSource>
<expression>E1KLAHM-KLART</expression>

Thanks Marcin. I did take a look at the OOTB extension and saw that. The hybris guide specifies that we first load CHRMAS before CLSMAS. I guess that is incorrect?

The documentation is correct, you must send in order : BD91:CHRMAS, BD92:CLSMAS, BD93:CLFMAS.
