Hi,
If you updated the certificate with a new one you must restart both the agent VU and the frontend VU for it to authenticate properly.
If not, check to make sure that the domain policies (or local polices) have not changed to prevent this access.
Thanks,
Marcus

Hi,
if this is new installation, you should also check whether the issuer's certificate is also known to the client's PC. For example, if you have followed the installation example guide and you have self-issued CCtr certificates with CA of the very CCtr server, then the CA may not be know to the client.
Check CDT logs in %temp% directory, certificate problems are usually logged there.

Dawood.

Hi Petrus,
Did it work already or is it a new system?
If it already worked, maybe your certificate has expired? You can check it at mmc => certificates => local user => trusted root certificates => double-click on the bcm certificate
