Hello,
I would like to prohibit a user from making a refund.
He will be allowed to return but only if he is compensated by new sales.
How to do ?
Thanks for your help
Best regards
Hello Anderson
I understood how to authorize or not the return.
My question is: how to authorize the return but prohibit the refund.
The ticket must be 0, the return having been offset by the sale of another product.
Can I create a specific authorization in roles or users?

Hello Pierre,
In the standard solution, you can define if the user is allowed or not to do a return.
If the user is not allowed to do a return, he/she will need that an authorized user enter the credential to allow him/her to return the receipt.
If you use SAP Customer Checkout Manager to centralizes the users, please refer to this documentation about authorizations
If you use only SAP Customer Checkout, go to Configuration > User > Find the User > Check the Permissions "Allow returns"
