capturing date and time of change in employee responsible partner function

Hi All,

Can we capture the time and date when the employee responsible partner function is changed in the service ticket?

Can this information be retrieved from some history table?

Hi Shilpi,

If you click on menu EXTRAS --> CHANGE DOCUMENTS, you can get the change history of Employee responsible for that service order.

Hope it solves your problem.

Thanks for the reply.

I have one more query.

When i view the cell contents I get Table Name as CRMA_PARTNER this is a structure.

I want to capture the date and time when the employee responsible was changed.How can i do that using a structure?

Hi Shipli!

Technically changes are stored in CDHDR (change doc heeader), CDPOS (change doc item) tables.

Have a look at CDHDR table giving OBJECTCLAS = 'CRM_ORDER' and OBJECTID = document GUID. There you have USERNAME. UDATE & UTIME fields. With founded keys goto CDPOS table for relevant data segment, that was changed.
