Cannot view CHANGED_AT although it is added into view configuration

Hello Everyone,

I have added "CHANGED_AT" attribute into the view configuration of Sales Order Search Results. However, some of the users cannot view the the column in sales order search results in QA system. It is interesting that the same users are able to view the column in development system. The same issue applies for the "System status" attribute, too. I have checked whether the transport request was transferred or not, and I have seen that it is successfully transferred.

Thank you in advance, for your kind attention.

Hi,

Looks like the personalizations are created problems. Use the report BSP_DLC_DELETE_PERSONALIZATION to delete the personalizations. Users may be able to set it later.

Hi,

Did you check if the correct configuration is being loaded in the UI and that you have included the fields in this configuration? Use F2 to bring up the technical information popup and find which config is being used. If this is ok, ask the users to try resetting the personalization settings to default.

Regards,

Arun Prakash
