Campaign - TPM with out a Status Profile

HI All ,

How will a campaig or TRade Promotion Behave , if there is no Status Profile assigned to it ? Currently i have faced a situation where there is no assignment of status profile to campaign or TP via 'TYPE ' . However i could see System statuses assigned to these promotions !!!

How are these syste, statuses managed with out assignment of user status ?

Also currently there are promotions with system Status CREATED and LOCKED and we are unable to EDIT them .Kindly let me know , how we can edit these promotions .

Hi Smita,

There are two types of statuses. System status and User status.

Since you have not assigned any User status profile, so the document is under control by the system status.

And once the document is in Locked system status, it cannot be further edited as per the standard behaviour of that document.

You would need to assign a status profile as per your requirement and in that you can achieve whatever status flowchart you want to achieve. Hope this helps.
