C4C Territory realignment run automatic execution scheduling ?

Hi,

I would like to know how we can schedule the automatic execution of a territory realignment run on a daily basis, so that every night, the whole Account/Lead/Opportunity data base is correctly affected to the right sales teams.

So far I found out that you can only execute a realignment run once, then it is obsolete... any help would be very welcome.

Hello,

For territory you need to have rules setup & run the realignment. THis is like one time activity. If any changes to the rule you have to run again.

You can enable workflow rule for the delta data on every save by triggering this action "Derive Territories" for the account object.

Hi Nathan,

Thanks for the answer, so the idea is that :

- we run the realignment once at the beginning for the full database,

- then for the data created and updated everyday, we develop a workflow on each object to trigger the "Derive Territories" calculation after each save. This way we keep the database up to date in terms of assignment to terrirories.
