c4c - manage sales target by quantity and not value

in could for sales under "sales target planing" employee targets are manage by value (shows opportunity value). i need to measure by quantity not value. would like to count \track how many(count) new opportunities (from new customers) were closed-won every quarter by each employee. the goal is to know how many new customers each rep brought.

please assist

clarification: manage sales target by opportunity quantity and not revenew

adding condition to the calculation so it would summarized only opportunities from, new customers
