C4C Help - Company Specific Content How to define a large number of items with EnableNow

Hi,

I was able to add some company specific help items, stored in SAP Enable Now, directly in the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer helpcenter screen, using the [Edit Company-Specific Content] option.

When searching, the company specific item(s) appears in the [company specific help] section and when i select them the item is displayed or the instruction video is started.

I now entered items one by one, but i have over 100 items? Is there a way to centrally define and maintain these items (url, description)?

Any suggestions are welcome.

KR.

Hi Marie-José,

I'd be interested to know how you got company-specific content into C4C Help. Did you use the default linked EnableNow for this or do you use your own Enable Now?

It is not possible for me to add content or adjust configurations.

I would be very grateful for some advice.

Thanks and Best Regards

Burak

Hi Burak,

We used our 'own' SAP enable now' environment. When clicking on the documentation link, the SAP Enable Now environment is started. You might need to log on and then the content is shown.

When you navigate to the area you would like to add content to - e.g. Accounts and then open the help pane You will see that right form the Company Specific Help area an [Edit] option appears. Here you can add links or directly content. If it concerns enable now content, you add the enable now URL where the documentation is stored.

I also added (simple straight forward) documentation that was store in an other centrally accessible environment not necessarily enable now.

It all works fine, but for me the main disadvantage is that you have to add content one by one, especially if you have a lot of items.
