C4C: Deviating address for visits

Hello everyone,

in some cases it is possible that accounts have several adresses, one only for visits which might not be at the official company location. When adding a second adress to the account, I have the possibility to select this address when planning the visit. This is good already. Anyway, when using the visit planner functionality in C4C, it will always show the main address, which makes route plannings and working with the map quite difficult. Is there a way to work with the second address here? Do you have any experiences with this?

(Changing the visiting address into the account's main address would work, but is not an option).

Hello Insa,

I found several requests at the SAP influence board for this topic. For example this one:

An update was promised for Q4/2020 and the status is "Planned (long term)". I asked for an update when it will be delivered. You may like to vote for the request as well to increase the priority.

So the only thing we can do is to wait for SAP:-(
