C4C Authorization/role management - EXCEL Download - User specific

Hello,

we want to assign a user the authorization for the EXCEL-download at e.g. for Opportunities.

However, we can only do this in the business role. Isn't that user-specific?

Hi Tamara,

Business Action Restrictions aren´t user-specific. The business user allows you to control which work centers and views a user can access in the solution. You can create separate Business Role for your Business Action Restriction and than assign this role to your user. You can assign to user more than one Business Role.
