Hi Pushkar,
I was referring to one of your Blogs from February() and noticed that under User Experience - there is a Native Business Card Scanner for Mobile Solutions.
Do you have any documentation related to this? Like how do we use this feature on iPad application today and what is the exact use.
Thanks in Advance,
Siva.
Siva,
Thank you for the question.
The functionality you are referring to has not made it into the final product pending some legal agreements and hence cannot be used by our end users at this point in time.
We plan to release it as soon as we have the requisite agreements in place.
I have amended the blog appropriately to reflect our current reality. Please stay tuned for more information to be available as soon as this functionality is available in the solution offering.
Thank you,
Pushkar

Yes. It is available as of the August 2014 solution release. Please read up the latest admin guide and the user guides to get up to date on how to enable the same.
GOOG search string: "sap cloud for customer business card scanning" will help you get to the content referred above via the help portal.
Thank you.
Hi Saurabh,
Please refer to the post by Soraya on this same thread.
Buy the appropriate number of licenses for business card scans for your company from ABBYY at http://cloud.ocrsdk.com
To answer your question, yes.
Hello Soraya,
I have a customer trying to implement this functionality, they have actually done all that you have described, they do not know how to start to use it.
I mean, do they need to be on C4C on the leads screen, or do they need to open the application sent by ABBYY scan the business card and automatically the information would appear in C4C?
Do we need to configure the mashup in the leads screen?
Thank you
