Use an external blog hosting service and ensure the links on your Hybris site point to this blog.
Use WCMS. Create a Blog template off of the Page Template to ensure consistent entries. Then it's just a matter of creating a new page using that template under your "Blog". If you want a blog landing page that can also be done through WCMS.
