The customer is set to Inactive in SAP B1 and showing as Obsolete in SAP Customer Checkout. When I select the customer in SAP Customer Checkout the system is showing "Selected Customer is not active. Do you want to select the customer anyway?" Is there any standard configuration to block any transaction that will be created for an Inactive/Obsolete customer rather than showing the existing message where you can click Yes and proceed with the transaction/ssap-customer-checkout-customize01.jpg?
Hi Adrian,
You can also delete article and customer in SAP Customer Checkout if they are not used in a receipt. This is documented via KBA:
2670178 - How to delete or inactivate an article or customer in the SAP Customer Checkout https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2670178

Hello Adrian,
In the standard solution is not possible to block transactions for an inactive customer.
Maybe with a plugin you can block transactions for inactive customers.
