Billing in CRM.

Hi Experts,

I created service order in CRM. Order is error free. When i release the order

I cloud not find any billing due list. Even i cannot see my order to release in

"CRM_SRVBIL - Release Service Processes for Billing ".

I activated billing in CRM.I created billing unit assigned to s.org.

Created billing type and assigned item cat for billing. Item cat is "D billing relevant"

Every thing seems perfect. But why systme is not generating billing due list.

Hi John,

For an service order to be relevant for billing,

kindly note that the items should be relevant for CRM Billing.Maintain this customization in the third level of customizations for the item category.

But in actual scenario, service products will be billed only after confirmation.

Also you need to maintain the copy controls from service order to the billing type and the item categories.

In addition also check if you did the PGI for the Order delivered to see the your entry in Billing Due List. Reward points if it works.

Hi John,

In Item Category settings,

Change the value for Billing relevance to

'E Order-related billing acc. to order quantity'

Test the settings.
