Please refer to help.sap.com where you can find all the information that you need on CRM. CR 100 will tell you the customizing that you need to do.

You will find basic settings in the How-To guides in the best practice documents: http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/html/preconfigured_crm_scenarios.htm

In there the basic setup for all scenarios is described plus you get some implementation help via bc-set and similar.
