In the advanced search for an item with 6 search attributes and more than 10 results when selecting an item from the results list, its detail is displayed at the bottom of the window. Now at the top of the window, where the result list is displayed, there is no horizontal scrollbar to display the rightmost columns of the result table, unless you scroll down to the last row (figure 1) . Is it possible to make the horizontal scrollbar see without going down to the last line? Moreover if you scroll to the last row of the table you actually see the horizontal scrollbar (figure 2), but if you try to click on the scrollbar to move it to the right you are automatically sent back to the top of the table and therefore it is impossible see the rightmost columns of the table. This problem also occours with Internet Explorer.
Could please someone suggest any solution?
Best regards, thanks in advance.
Hi,
I could encounter only the first of the described problems - the horizontal scrollbar visible with the last rows, but I was not moved to the first row when clicking on it. Could you please provide some recording or more detailed screenshots with the reproduction of this behaviour?
One non ideal way of adding a non-hided horizontal scrollbar in advanced search would be entering the Application Orchestrator (pressing F4 ) from the advance search in the Backoffice and setting widgetStyleAttribute value as e.g. width:2000px Note that this change will affect all advanced search views.
Best regards,
