Backoffice - Customize extendedmultireferenceeditor

Hi Everyone,

I have to customize extendedmultireferenceeditor. Because, on the remove action of this editor, i have to invoke some custom business logic. I have created a new editor and put files inside. Below are the steps and few details about it.

1. Created folder and definition.xml /<custombackofficeExtenion>/backoffice/resources/widgets/editors/customExtendedMultiReferenceEditor/definition.xml

2. created a customRemovalExtendedMultiReferenceEditor .java extending DefaultExtendedMultiReferenceEditor and override the removeSelectedObject method and put business logic.

3. Configure this new editor in backoffice config xml file for particular attribute of model.

Till here all looks fine and working as well.

But, the editor appearance is distorted and not as OOB one. I am stuck here that how to keep editor look and feel as it is as OOB. Please suggest on How CSS or look and feel get manage for editors in Backoffice. And if one have created a new editor using OOB then how to keep CSS(look) intact.

Have you also defined extends for definition.xml ?

Might help! Try! Original widget will have some CSS for look and feel, if not provided by ZK directly.
