Backoffice and admin user

In the OOTB, when you log in the backoffice with admin user you only have access to the administration and commerce backoffice.

Is it posible to configure the admin user in order to have access to all other backoffices such as the OMS, the new customer service one, data hub, etc? If so, how can we accomplish this? I already tried assigning the admin user to all avilable groups but that did not work for me.

You can take a look at widgets.xml. At a perspective's widget level you have a field called access. It is comma-separated list of authorities that have access to particular perspective. This field is also accessible via OrchestratorMode on the tab of widgets settings called "Access restrictions". I would suggest to create a role that contains all authorities mentioned in perspectives you wish to see. Then bind this role to backofficeadmingroup (or any other way that would make admin have privileges of this role).
