Hello,

If possible can you get some information from the session log this may assist in finding the cause of the problem.

Hi Mark,

The production CRM server was down and now it is up. But still we have issue in production B2C webshops. I am unable to show the session trace informations as in the admin login -> session trace --> start application not working. Not sure the reason.

Hi ,

If you restart the application from the Visual Admin does it start then?

What error do you recieve when you go to the webshop now?

Hello,

From that error it is possible that the system is still unable to contact the backend. Within the XCM are you abnle to test the Jco connection?

does this test fail.

Hi,

In the XCM administartor I am not able to do any thing. Is this because of production server?

Not sure what is happening. I able to do this in Dev and QA..

Is there any other way to check?

Hi,

I would check for errors in the Default trace on the J2EE to see whats going on there. In the visual admin is the Application running? I would also stop and start it again from here.

Hello,

Its hard to tell from the log there what the problem would be . Are all elements of the environment up and running correctly Trex, J2EE, if you trace the problem from the backend system in ST01 do you recieve any errors?

Are there any other application running on the J2EE, has this been restarted?

Hi Mark

How to check if Trex running or not? I am just affried of executing ST01 in production as it may cause any other application to stuck. Can I run?

If you check the transaction Trexadmin this will give you the list of the Trex services to see if they are running . You just need to select the Trex from the list.

Do you know why the CRM Productive server was down , was this planned down time?
